  • Slik-Stik works the same way as Gusto-Glide, but it is available in the form of a wax stick. Slik-Stik is applied to the base of the blade on the final pass of sharpening. Because of this, the blade can be honed for longer, resulting in a cleaner cut — which ensures excellent surface quality and a more precisely defined edge.

    Using Slik-Stik strengthens the blade and extends the blade's durability and lifespan. Skaters get to spend more hours on the ice before the skates need to be sharpened again
