Comp-o-stik™ durable fabric construction is a strong blend of natural and synthetic fibres. Together, they provide superior abrasion resistance compared to traditional cotton fabrics. This fabric construction also ensures that the tape can withstand the rigours of the game.

Comp-o-stik™ is highly moisture resistant. The water absorbency of the fabric is a factor in the accumulation of snow on the hockey tape and the release of adhesive from the stick. Comp-o-stik™ hockey tape significantly reduces water absorption and snow accumulation on the stick without waxing. The tape lasts longer and saves time when preparing the stick. However, if you prefer to use wax, Comp-o-stik™ will also work with wax.

Our white tape is cleaner and brighter than tapes made from unbleached cotton. Our black tape is made from fabric that has been dyed black using a special dyeing process that gives it a true "deep black" appearance that will not fade or bleach in use.
