    Comp-o-stik™ is highly moisture-resistant. The fabric's water absorption is a factor that affects snow buildup on hockey tape and adhesive release from the stick. Comp-o-stik™ hockey tape significantly reduces water absorption and snow buildup on the blade without waxing. The tape lasts longer and saves time in stick preparation. However, if you do want to use wax, Comp-o-stik™ also works with wax.

    Our white tape is cleaner and brighter than tapes made from unbleached cotton. Our black tape is made from fabric that has been dyed black with a special dyeing process that gives it a genuine "deep black" appearance that does not fade or bleach in use.
