Delivery terms

GENERAL TERMS OF DELIVERY

Terms and conditions of sale in force unless otherwise stated. All prices are subject to VAT 0%. Terms of sale and delivery valid until further notice. We reserve the right to change prices in case of changes in exchange rates, government fees, etc.

General information about the online store. We sell products to registered companies with a business ID in Finland. Milnet Ltd accepts each registration individually. The prices of the products are tax-free and subject to the applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Ordering . Before ordering products, you must register as a business customer and fill in a registration form, i.e. your name, contact and billing details, after which Milnet Ltd will accept or reject the registration. Once your registration is approved, you can log in to the store and make your purchases. All orders will be confirmed by email, indicating the price of the order, delivery charges and the products ordered. In order to receive an order confirmation, you must provide your e-mail address at the time of ordering. The customer agrees to the delivery terms and conditions in force for each order.

Order confirmation. You can also check the contents of your order via your user account on our website.

Payment methods . We reserve the right to change the invoicing method to pre-invoice.

Delivery terms. We reserve the right to change the freight charges according to the products ordered.

Products and delivery times.

Payment terms and invoicing: basic payment term 14days net. Payment terms require a risk rating of 40 or better by Suomen Asiakastiedo. Payment terms start from the date of delivery. Invoicing, payment reminders and collection are outsourced to Svea Rahoitus Oy. Invoices can only be validly paid with the information stated on the invoice. Billing surcharge 4,90€.

Complaints and remarks about goods: remarks about goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.

Good commercial practices: we follow generally known good commercial practices.

Personalised products: for products made with customers' own information, logos, etc., the customer is responsible for approving the images and designs. If the products correspond to the customer's approved images and/or designs, they are not subject to exchange or return.

We are not responsible for the sufficiency of stock. Unless otherwise stated, the terms of intermediate sale apply. Orders are processed on a first come, first served basis. The transaction is confirmed by an order confirmation, which includes the estimated delivery time and other relevant information. We reserve the right to renegotiate the terms of sale and delivery if the supplier substantially changes the terms of sale.

Samples will be delivered to our customers by Post Express Day parcel to the recipient with a fixed freight charge of 19,50€ VAT0%. The samples can be returned by Post as a customer refund by agreement. In this case we do not charge separately for the samples. However, products must be returned within 30 days of receipt. In cases where you do not wish to return the samples, we will charge the prices for the samples according to the price list.
