Sherwood Hockey is a traditional Canadian ice hockey equipment manufacturer founded in 1949 in Sherbrooke, Quebec.
Sherwood produces a comprehensive range of hockey equipment, such as sticks, protective gear (e.g. gloves, shoulder pads), bags and apparel.
The company originally became known for its wooden sticks. The classic Sherwood 5030 model remains popular and is known as a "retro product".
Today Sherwood is known for its modern and ultra-light composite sticks, such as the Rekker and Code series. The brand has agreements with several NHL stars, including Artturi Lehkonen, Connor Bedard, William Nylander and Matthew Tkachuk.
In the Nordic and Baltic countries the brand is represented by Sher-Wood Hockey Scandinavia, headquartered in Raisio. They are responsible for importing and distributing equipment and also sell NHL-licensed products and maintenance devices, such as Blademaster sharpening machines.
